Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The item is returned in its original packaging, including all parts and components.
2. The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by improper or careless use is excluded.
3. Items where hygiene is important (e.g., earrings) must be properly cleaned before returning.
4. Any product reported as defective must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns are processed within 7 business days, and you will receive confirmation once your return has been approved.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged due to reasons not attributable to us.
How do I return my order?
If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@arvellajewelry.com
2. Include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return request
• A photo of the item (if damaged)
• Your full name and shipping address
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Please do not return the package to the sender’s address. Use only the return address provided by our team.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This applies if you are a private individual making a purchase for non-business purposes.
Please note the following:
• We use an automated order processing system, which means orders are immediately processed once placed. Therefore, cancellations cannot be made after the order has shipped.
• If the goods are already in transit, you may wait to receive them and then initiate a return.
• You may notify us of your intent to cancel by emailing support@arvellajewelry.com with a clear statement of your decision.
Important Notes on Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, and shipping times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the items after delivery, in accordance with our return policy.
To help us process your return quickly, please send us a copy of your shipping confirmation once the items have been sent back.
Refund Process
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and we have received the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days. This refund includes the cost of the items but excludes shipping fees (including any additional charges for express delivery).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
